Hi. Howya doin?
As my first post, I should introduce myself. I am a middle school Language Arts teacher from Dublin, OH, and my goal with this blog is to get myself writing. I’ve tried and failed in the past – I can just never seem to keep up the consistency. I am hoping that blogs like Slice of Life will help me to stay motivated to write, and I also want to use this space to reflect and discuss the current practices in my classroom.
As a second year teacher, I am definitely still learning the ropes. This whole career is a lifelong journey, and hopefully writing about it will help me to make sense of the craziness that sometimes comes with teaching.

Actually, I decided on starting a blog and then stumbled across the Reread, which a perfect motivator to keep me blogging! 🙂

Yep! It automatically gives you subject matter, at least in reference to each book as you complete it or at whatever point during the reading of each one 🙂
